STORE POLICY

Exchange on stock items only. No exchange on special or custom printed/produced orders.

Exchange will NOT be made if item has been folded, dirtied, damaged or used.

ALL items to be replaced/exchanged are subject to inspection BEFORE replacements are agreed to and issued.

Special / Custom jobs deemed unacceptable due to faulty workmanship by Creative Ideas Ltd. will be redone at no additional expense to the client.

Any item provided by the client for printing on, is done so at the risk of the client. If the item is damage during printing, it will not be replaced by Creative Ideas Ltd. Printing on a replacement item will be done at no additional cost.
