All queries for exchanges must be done within 24 hours of purchase

Exchange on stock items only applies to items that have not been opened

Exchange is not possible if any part of the set has been used

Items deemed unacceptable due to faulty workmanship will be replaced with an exact copy

ALL items to be replaced/exchanged is subject to inspection BEFORE replacements are done

Once agreement is made to exchange, the customer has 1 week to come in to proccess, and exchange/collect the product
